His career has revolved around several successful real estate focused industries, giving him unique insight into the industry. Driven by a mission to bring affordable housing to the Caribbean and beyond, Cordell is best known for inspiring his employees to think bigger.

VICE PRESIDENT

Tyrell Dasilva has always had a passion for changing the status quo and reimagining how things are done. He has been establishing himself as a respected Entrepreneur, currently working as the Vice President of Empower Projects, Co-Founder of Adaptive Developments and Founder of Sonata Design, Tyrell is widely known for his customer service, technical acumen, critical thinking, and innovation.

DESIGN MANAGER

Eva has an entrepreneurial spirit that has driven many successful businesses and projects forward. Attention to design details is her specialty. Eva will oversee floor plan concepts, interior specifications and finishing details.

HEAD ESTIMATOR

Julian has been an integral part of the company since its inception.

With extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction estimating, Julian is well-equipped to make sure our projects are on a budget with accurate takeoffs and pricing.

There are a lot of different components to building a home, Julian works alongside our project management team to make sure every T is crossed and every I is dotted.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Brandi Menin has extensive experience in customer service and project coordination. After recently finishing her designation in Project Management, she is excited to start putting those skills to work as our Project Coordinator and Head of Logistics. Being a part of a project from start to finish and watching it come to life is what she's truly passionate about. Brandi is extremely organized and has mastered the true meaning of customer satisfaction, allowing her to build and maintain strong and unique relationships with our clients.

Mr. Nesbitt is a native of The Bahamas. As a graduate of The University of Michigan with a double major in business and biology. This makes him the perfect fit in the company. Due to his diversity and educational background, he is familiar with the structural and climatic flow of the island. If you need consultancy about the project, he’s your guy!
