Our Story
What started as a concept for bringing modern, affordable, and durable construction to the Caribbean and South America has developed into a passion for revolutionizing how we build in these regions. In 2019 our founder was underway building out our show home to showcase both the affordable living initiative and a new system for building single and multifamily homes. After living through hurricane Dorian, his vision was galvanized when both structures while only 40% complete were still standing strong. Our modern building system, detailed exterior and interior specifications, and attention to detail with our process result in a product that is durable, built on time and on budget, with transparency and integrity.
Our Process
Our costing philosophy is based on delivering very detailed specifications with quantities and labour cost for the various stages of our construction process. All of our homes include a high level of attention to detail, capturing proper costing and setting accurate expectations (spec and budget) with a focus on communication and transparency.

While our pre-built specification is great, we can always tailor to our client’s needs and create your vision from scratch.
Innovation
Our system is structurally rated to 146 PSF (pounds per square foot) of transverse wind load. This innovative system boasts beyond a category 5 hurricane rating. As a comparison, a category 5 has a PSF rating of 63 PSF.
All plans can be built on slab or suspended to combat both hurricanes and the reality of rising sea levels.
5.5″ thick state-of-the-art Styrofoam with 16 gauge steel studs 16″ on centre. The system bolts to a concrete pad, with no requirements for concrete or Rebar steel in the walls. Our interiors include luxurious modern finishing, including stone tops, engineered flooring, and stainless steel appliances. Internationally sourced, the best in class of materials from North America and Asia.

Environmentally Friendly
Our system is environmentally responsible. The 5.5″ Styrofoam works as a structural element while adding additional insulation to the wall panel, increasing the energy rating beyond R40 on exterior walls. This offers SIGNIFICANT savings with electrical costs and running an AC unit. The system has no off-gassing and uses recycled materials.
Efficiency Realized
Our lightweight materials are easier to work with reducing build times and material costs. In some environments, this can be a significant advantage.
