Nestled within the Grand Lucayan Waterway in Pine Bay, Empower Projects' flagship development showcases their ingenuity and attention to detail. This first build in the Bahamas features a primary residence spanning 4577 square feet (ca. 425 m²) and a guest house (Casita) with a thoughtful 640 square foot (59.46 m²) footprint.

Contemporary coastal home with canal views
The Bequia model, a contemporary coastal home, was successfully completed for a discerning client in Freeport in 2023. Inspired by a contemporary coastal mood board, the design evolved through a modified rendering process to perfectly align with the client's specific vision. The completed residence boasts stunning window features, thoughtfully incorporated to maximize the breathtaking views of the adjacent canal.
